FAQ

Frequently asked questions

DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER BEFORE I CAN JUMP AT Hang Time?

Yes. Every jumper needs to sign a liability waiver at each Hang Time location. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you, but does not have to be present when you visit the park. Waivers can be filled out online or at  your local Hang Time’s website.

WHAT HOURS ARE YOU OPEN?

Please view our homepage for that information

DO WE HAVE TO SHOW UP ON THE HOUR?

No you may show up at anytime and start jumping

CAN I DROP OFF MY KIDS?

Hang Time is a fun, safe environment where parents can feel comfortable dropping off their kids. Kids do have to be 8years or older. Kids can ALWAYS use our phone and even when their jump time is over they are welcome to hang out until you get back to pick them up.

IS THERE A PLACE TO SIT AND WATCH MY KIDS JUMP?

Absolutely, Hang Time is designed where parents can comfortably sit and watch their kids jump for FREE. We encourage you to take photos and post them to your favorite social media site.

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS TO A BIRTHDAY PARTY?

You are allowed to bring a cake, cupcakes or cookies to your birthday party at Hang Time. All other food and drinks may be purchased onsite. We offer a wide range of drinks and snacks as well as the pizza from Double Dave's.

DO WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO PLAY BASKETBALL OR JUMP on the airbag?

No. All activities are included with the purchase of an Hang Time Pass.

ARE YOUNGER CHILDREN RESTRICTED TO A CERTAIN AREA?

Although we do have an area for ages 7 and under called “Toddler Tramp” younger kiddos are allowed to play in all areas of the park as long as they follow the rules. If a child is too young to understand and follow the rules we may request that they stay in the bowl during the duration of their jump time.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR SOCKS?

Jumpers are not required to wear socks. We do have our very own Hang Time trampoline socks for sale.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Athletic attire is recommended. Do not wear jeans with studs or rhinestones as these may cause rips or tears in the trampolines. Always jump with empty pockets.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RESERVATION AND A BIRTHDAY PARTY?

A reservation is for jumping only. Birthday parties get jump time, a private table, bottle water, and their own private host or hostess.

IF I COMPLETED A WAIVER ONCE DO I NEED TO BRING ONE AGAIN?

Our general rule is that valid/legible waivers for walk-in customers are kept on file for one year. However, for a variety of reasons, this cannot be guaranteed. It's always a good idea to bring a new one or phone ahead to see if your waiver remains valid. If you have attended a birthday party or group event, your waiver will only be valid for that day. In this case, you will need another waiver the next time you come. In addition, you must have the specific waiver completed for the actual Hang Time park you are visiting (a Hang Time waiver at one park is not valid at a different park). But don’t worry you can complete your waiver online before getting to the park.

DO I NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS?

We accept walk-in customers during all open hours of operation (subject to availability). Reservations are HIGHLY recommended for a confirmed number of jumpers and time, but are not required.

OK, SO THERE ARE TRAMPOLINES, BUT WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO AT HANGTIME?

You can bounce in the open area, play intense dodgeball, do tricks while jumping on the airbag, dunk a basketball at different levels, and even get a intense calorie burning workout in.
